What does she man by this and do you agree or disagree with her?

When Anne says:" Things are just as bad as you yourself care to make them." I do agree with Anne because on certain decisions you make in life or whatever they can be good or they can be bad. For example: I was invited to a birthday party that I didn't really want to go to, and everyone said it wont be that bad. So I went and ended up having a good time.See, you can make things interesting or you can be bored and just sit there. But I think Anne makes a great point when she says,"Things are just as bad as you yourself care to make them."
